Purchased a glass pipe that didn't work, managed to exchange it but was forced to pick a other glass pipe and had to pay the difference. Got home and this one leaks water, don't buy glass at this temu shop 🤷 here's my $70 review, go to area 51 or anywhere else.

Great customer service! We are new to the city and I was looking for a specific brand of cigarettes, which they did have the brand with a low price. The store manager is super helpful and nice. I asked about a cherry tobacco, which they didn't have, but she got on the phone right away to order what I wanted. She did suggest some cherry cigars and they are good. I am very pleased and this will be my new Store for all my smoking supplies!! Thank you!!!

Horrible customer service, the lady that works there is VERY RUDE to paying customers. I’ll be making sure to spread the word about this place. Make sure to tell people NOT to shop here. Losing customers because of your crappy employees who don’t wanna do their jobs.
