If I could give it zero stars I would. I been going to the store since I moved over here 3 months ago. Today I walk in and the old lady with white hair assumed I was under age. I told her I got my id and showed her. She was in a stuck up attitude. After I showed her my ID she said there’s a sign that says u can’t be in here if I’m under 21. I’m 23 to note. And been in there almost everyday. I’m tired of this old women’s disrespect and I want something done about it. She tried physically assaulting me by snatching it out of my hand when I told her I’d give it to her at the register. I’ve had my ID stolen like this in the past. So I don’t trust just anyone even a clerk until I’m at the register. Where’s I know it’s under surveillance. When I asked for her supervisors contact info she told me she can’t get any information for me and told me I wasn’t allowed to contact her boss. With that being I’ll be up here every morning till I meet her boss. I run a company myself and I’m sure this isn’t the news they wanna hear about there employees. The rest of the employees are nice and helpful but not this old woman she needs to be fired

there was a woman working up there today from about 2:30-3:00 pm that has the worst attitude problem i’ve seen in a while. didn’t catch her name but most definitely caught her snappy attitude. older woman probably late 60s short blonde hair, always has a mad look on her face.

Disappointing after reading reviews about nice, when we went the lady acting like she was not happy to deal with anybody felt it might have been because I told her we were from Wiggins because when a regular customer came in it was like she was a different person. But I couldn't even get her to answer any questions that I had, she was speaking to my wife much better than she was to me, my wife put her phone number in before she made the second purchase to make sure she could get her points that she had built up for the last 5 years after Wiggins shop, when I asked the lady about the points she told me they don't give you much of anything? When my wife checked out she put her her phone number in without even asking her about the points.

I have been here several times to buy my vapes and never had a issue until now. They have ran my card 3 different times andwithin a week for 32.09 on all three when I have not purchased that amount 3 different times within a week. Saying Nov 21, November 25, and November 28 all at same time which is 2:23pm on all three for same amount of 32.09 everyone keep a look on your card transactions and be for sure they don't do this to you

I've been a customer for a couple yrs. I really love Ms Sandra, she is very informative and knowledgeable when it comes to products in the store, she has a amazing customer service, and really sweet. They have a HUGE variety of different products from Vapes, Kratom, tobacco accessories ect. They're prices are reasonable as well.
