By the time I got my order it was all cold and soggy and I didn't get my sauce that I asked for and when I asked for a refund ubereats told me that it was unreal name a part of my money back not even a discount

This is the BEST tobacco shop I've ever been to... The Kratom selection is great, and so are the prices! I've been coming to Tobacco Haven for almost 4 years now, it's open on all holidays, and always has friendly, knowledgeable staff! Sometimes, if they're out of something I'm looking for, they call their other store a mile away, and I get it there. Highly recommended 👍

I used to be a very frequent shopper here but never again! They will not stand behind their products and they don't care about their patrons. Defective vape $20 and I checked it before leaving the store. When the battery died it wouldn't charge. How am I supposed to know if it will charge when it's brand new???

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!!!! I purchased a Smok Novo 2 from this store not even a week ago. It doesn’t get hot enough to even heat up the juice and won’t hold a charge at all!! It burns through pods in a day and has gotten worse and worse every day. I called EVERY DAY since I bought it and the manager wasn’t “available” so I finally had time after work to run by there today and surprise!! The manager wasn’t there! The young man working called him and the manager said “we only give one day to bring it back. You can only bring it back the day you buy it. Now how the hell are we supposed to know that it won’t hold a charge and doesn’t get hot enough the same day when I bought the thing at 8 o’clock at night?!?! The vape stores on North Hills are a bit more expensive, but they at least stand by their products!!! Never again will I spend a DIME in that store!!

Very good customer service and if they will recommend somewhere else with similar prices
