I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with a male cashier during my visit yesterday. He repeatedly talked over me and made inappropriate comments, including references to sexual assault, owning a gun, his political affiliation, and a sexually suggestive remark about not being around someone you wouldn’t “get naked” around. None of this was relevant to a routine transaction. When I asked for my receipt, he delayed giving it to me and continued talking instead of completing the sale. I had to insist before receiving it. The interaction felt unprofessional and unsafe, and I’m reluctant to return.

Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had in a vape shop. I called before arriving to make sure she had what we were looking for, and she reassured me she did. It wasn't like a miscommunication, we were on the exact same page while talking on the phone. When we arrived, the driver went inside to purchase what we had just discussed and came back out with a completely different product, which she didn't believe was correct, but the lady pursuaded her to buy it anyway. So when she came back out with an item that we had not discussed and that we were not looking for, I calmly walked back into the store to return it. WE HAD NOT EVEN LEFT THE PARKING LOT! Not only would she not even let me speak, but told me no refunds, AND STARTED YELLING AT ME TO GET OUT NOW WHILE FOLLOWING VERY QUICKLY RIGHT BEHIND ME!
