I've been here a few times and I've sent family here for there own stuff and in both experiences the two young woman one blonde and the other brown hair could definitely use some more costumer service skills for the most part the have no knowledge of the product will stay on the phone and quite frequently ignore us and honestly 3 starts is kinda generous but the product overall is amazing and great price. For the older women I've meet there she's really sweet and actually trys to help you figure out what would be best in your personal situation. I hope they see this and change there tactics/methods bc I'm not tryna bad mouth them I just wish I felt more welcome and less like they don't care about us there job or anything for that matter I used to be a mechanic at a normal shop so I know the frustration with customers all to well but I come in with a smile on my face and leave with a frown when its supposed to the opposite my friends.

Been coming to this store for many years. I primarily buy the Kratom products here because of the variety and quality of the products. This store goes through many employees but as of right now they have a fully equipped staff that know and understand the products their selling especially Mia. She just started and already knows the store front back and center. Hard help is hard to come by! An employee is hard to find, much less an employee who comes in with a smile and acts as though they make commission on the products they sell. But they don't make anything off the merchandise! I use to leave a friendly tip for my appreciation for the positive attitude I get that happens 95 percent of the time I do my shopping there. They (someone) removed the tip jar. These employees should be making tip or 15 dollars a hour. Adrienne, Mrs Lisa and now the most impressive Mia are the reason I shop at this store. I have bought Kratos from other places but the employees have a nasty attitude and very uninformed on the products. These ladies always bring a warm and knowledgeable spark in this building. Please do your best to reward the people who make your business a home! Love your store!

I love this place! That Mia she is so friendly to me and my wife that girl is going some places ! Great customer service Now that Colbie she always knows what I want when I show up she pays attention to detail and very nice to wife ,now that manager she orders what ever you want on the spot I sure hope none this changes because I will sing about yall all the time great place to shop you got a winning team .. love it there please don't change nothing thank you for everything

I bought a car battery about a week ago and it just out of the blue stopped working. It won’t turn on no more or even charge and they told me that they can’t give me a refund or even swap it out for me so I’m just out of 21 bucks now. Fixing this because the dayshift worker wouldn’t swap it out, but I called the Night Shift worker and she swapped it out as soon as I called her about it
