It is SO important to treat every customer with respect. All it takes if for one rude interaction to run that customer off. I moved to the area a month ago and had been shopping here exclusively. I never felt extremely comfortable in the store but I shopped here because its closest to my home and their prices were tolerable. However after the treatment I received today, I will never go back. First off in between telling another customer everything they DONT have in stock, the kid rudely tells me "dont lean on the glass!" Umm...I WASNT. I didn't even touch the glass. Then when he finally comes over to me I ask him if a certain bottle is salt nic. He tells me no then immediately answers his cell phone and gets into a conversation with whoever. I politely interrupt him to ask what the mg was on a bottle I had bought before and he says oh thats 40mg salt nic. Then goes back to the conversation. So I ask again, what about another one and hes says, no thats salt nic too. He obviously would much rather hold a personal conversation than tell me where the regular vape juice is. I cant see for myself across the counter and obviously needed help but I guess making a sale didnt matter at the moment. So two customers within a 5min time span that he ran off. Oh well, I went to the vape store a few blocks down called "FIVE CLICKS CBD & VAPE" The lady there was SO nice, the store was beautiful and the juice is available close enough where you can actually read what kind is in the boxes. So, thats who will get my money from now on. Id rather buy local anyway.

The owner needs a little bit more English they need to understand to sell his product what age and everything does which he may but I could tell asking him certain things cuz I've been looking for something and it was here and he told me that they didn't have one so but it was a very nice guy he'll work with you at home other than that as a Brady experience and it's alway to find the positive even when situations easy to find them when you're in a good mood and everything is good it takes a special person to find a silver lining in a pile of dog doo doo when things are going bad but if we get all do it the world would be a better place get out show out and show them how you want the world to be
