Love this shop! Pearl is always great if you're lucky enough to meet her

Very good selection and the employees are genuinely so nice and informed on the products sold there. Very welcoming environment.

This place is OK and it’s close to me so It’s convenient. I also do like their punchcard program where after the 10th punch it’s Bogo. However, that’s about where the good stops. The prices definitely aren’t great. There are others down the road that offer the same product for significantly less. I also get really uncomfortable being asked if I would like to leave a tip. There has only been one employee that was working when I stopped in that did not mention adding a tip And I appreciated that. They aren’t rude by any means if you don’t add a tip, but it is just very awkward and uncomfortable to even go in there knowing that it’s almost like they’re expecting a tip on there already higher than average priced items. If someone goes into a Convenience store to buy cigarettes & they know exactly what they want… No one would even think to leave a tip. I Come in and typically know what I want and I feel like it’s a bit inappropriate to prompt for a tip. I have never been to another vape shop that does this. It’s just a bit tacky to me.

Pearl is really nice and helpful and she also saved me from just walking away without my card so extra points on all that.

Cat was literally the nicest ever! She gave me so much great info on product you carry and even walked me through all of the different accessories you have. You can tell She cares and is good at her job. Definitely give her a raise lol
