I've been shopping here for years. Haley and some other employees have been awesome to deal with, but this new crew that was working today was a nightmare- the new manager, especially. I can't support giving them my business, nor will I tell others to come here, because of a brand new manager that berates customers over total nonsense.

Last night I was basically robbed of roughly $60 (like I handed her three $20 bills AFTER MY $5 IN REWARD POINTS AND WAS GIVEN BACK $1.40 IN CHANGE SO IT IS ACTUALLY MORE THAN $60 FOR A PRODUCT I DID NOT WANT AND WAS COMPLETELY LIED TO ABOUT.) by the woman working there because I went to purchase a pack of the Dozo Perks Pseudoindoxyl 400mgs (I even asked beforehand if they carried it because I have bought them much cheaper at a different store somewhere else to which she said that they did have them; hence why I even went to that store instead of my usual one that carries what I need and does not rob their customers. She claimed to have been staring directly at them and despite the price I was willing to spend a bit more than usual because it was conveniently available at this store in an area I am frequently in rather than going out of my way to the other/better place, that is assuming that she didn’t lie about them carrying it all together…) and I proceeded to ask her TWICE to verify that it was in fact Pseudoindoxyl rather than 7OH to which BOTH TIMES SHE FLAT OUT LIED TO ME SAYING IT WAS Pseudoindoxyl rather than 7OH. Then immediately after paying I looked at it just to double check before leaving the store as to my understanding is policy literally anywhere (aside from there according to her at least which I assume is to be taken with about as much weight as anything else she said to me…) to my knowledge but when I waited in line behind 2 people just to ask her to either fix HER MISTAKE (in a much kinder manner than that despite not leaving the store with it or opening it AND BEING LIED TO.) or to refund me I was met with a rude, condescending attitude towards me as she said that “anything that gets you high all sales are final.” When she said that I immediately knew that she knew she made a mistake (they likely didn’t carry it and so she just lied to get me to buy it because I have done applications to work at this place ironically and they are supposed to know about the things that they carry to even work there! This is not okay and I will very likely be going to the Better Business Bureau to report the outright robbery/deceptive business practices since they don’t want to give you your money back when an employee outright lies to you and refuses to refund you for their mistake.) Yet I was forced to leave with a product I DID NOT WANT NOR ASK FOR BUT WAS DECEIVED INTO BUYING AFTER I TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR THE PRODUCT THAT I ACTUALLY PAID FOR IN EXCHANGE FOR WHAT SHE HANDED ME, I WAS LITERALLY STOLEN FROM WHICH IS THEIR “POLICY” ACCORDING TO HER. SO SHE JUST REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE ITS SOMETHING THAT “Gets you high” AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT SHE LIED. I noticed that my total seemed awfully high for the actual price of the product before tax when you factor in my $5 reward points being used as well as handing her $60 only to receive $1.40 back. If the owner does not want to be responsible for deceptive practices and potentially even someone messing with the reward points to steal customers money (which has been done before at other Vapor Mavens) they might just want to check their cameras/keep close watch of their employee’s and drawers, if they have audio they might want to listen to it. Make sure that she did not pull $5 out of the drawer because I DID NOT tip her for selling me the wrong product. If they can see the error and correct it (meaning that employee was lying to me about that too as I assume she probably was since nothing else that I was told by her was truthful.) I would be willing to not call the BBB. With that said as it stands at this very moment, I would avoid that place like the plague. I intend to from now on and I did intend to spend money on a few of their more expensive products that are harder to find at other places. This is fraud, she cant be trusted with people’s money. If you have a non refundable policy; you must avoid fraud. (Im using my girlfriend's phone) My girlfriend and I were in the store around 6:30 because we left that parking lot at 6:39.

Haley knows her stuff and really takes care of us every time we come in. It's because of her that we are repeat customers. Thanks for being awesome!!

Read the review I wrote on my girlfriend’s account under the name “Amy”. I was stolen from last night around 6:30-6:39 under extremely fraudulent circumstances by a woman who sold me the wrong thing after I asked her if they had the Dozo Perks Pseudoindoxyl she was asked twice to double check that I was getting Pseudoindoxyl rather than 7OH only for her to lie to me (possibly even stealing because the math doesn’t quite match up.), take my $60 and give me $1.40 in change then when I told her of her mistake she told me I couldn’t get my money back or exchange it for what I actually paid for because evidently the store policy is that her fraudulent behavior just costs me $60 - $1.40 with $5 in reward points used because “anything that gets you high is non refundable” so I am going to report this to the BBB if this is not resolved. Im not even sure how to get ahold of the owner so maybe I will call the store but I do not foresee there being any real helpful result if I do not speak to someone above her. If you have a non refundable/non exchangeable policy, you must make sure that your customers are not being sold the wrong item under fraudulent circumstances. When I told her “This isn’t the Pseudoindoxyl” I should not have just been basically told to suck it up and deal with it (in different words obviously but the same general overall message.) considering she made the mistake, not me. She was not knowledgeable whatsoever about the products that she is selling like she literally told me “I got you the Dozo Perks with 400mg.” Like yeah of 7OH not Pseudoindoxyl like I specifically came for and asked multiple times before paying only for her to I guess not realize that Dozo Perks is a brand and it will literally say Pseudoindoxyl on the box despite me actually explaining that to her before she even went to look. $60 is a lot of money to just be forced to be like “oh it’s perfectly fine!” When you literally just received something that you didn’t want. I wouldn’t have even bothered going there if I wanted 7OH. House Springs has it much cheaper at gas stations. I mean this is ridiculous. At least give me my money back. At this point Im going to take my business elsewhere. I feel like this is something people need to be warned about and the BBB really needs to be investigating this if that is an actual policy that they can just charge you for whatever and if it’s not what you wanted then you just have no choice but to deal with the fact you fell victim to outright fraudulent behavior. I should have just waited until I was in the area I usually go to because they typically always have that in 400mg for a far cheaper price. This employee was very rude about it as well. I honestly just wonder how they ever even ended up in the position of being able to do this to me. I was still in the store with my receipt. It was her mistake not mine. I literally kept trying to make for certain I was getting the right thing since I couldn’t read it before I paid. Again watch the camera because I definitely did not tip her. It almost seemed intentional and maliciously done, I was being talked down to when I turned around to point out her mistake.
