Went in for some new glass for my daughter’s birthday and was immediately greeted by CJ, Lane and Jen. They were more than helpful, very knowledgeable about their products, friendly, and didn’t push or up-sale you on things you don’t need. I had a great shopping experience today, so thanks again CJ, Lane and Jen. You guys keep me coming back. ☺️

They weren’t open at 10am on a Saturday like they are supposed to be. The manager walked up at 10:58am and I asked if they were open now. He said “not yet” and I said “I have a question”, he ignored me, and he closed the door in my face and locked it behind him. Definitely will be letting him know that this isn’t how you handle business. I will not be shopping here and unfortunately this was my first time stopping by Glass City.

This is in regards to a review left by Christine Taylor and her comments about 'the older woman'. And the fact that the male working there is knowledgeable about everything in the store. After reading this review, it made my blood boil. My husband and I have been shopping at this store for a very long time and have never had a bad experience with this older woman (which is a crude description). She is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny The male, however, that it mentioned in the review as being knowledgeable about everything in the store is a flat-out lie. He has sold us the wrong coils and pods numerous times. If you ask him a question, his response is 'i don't know' In short, I feel like the post left by this individual talking bad about an employee who lifts the store up and raving about how good the male clerk is is a setup. Honestly, the roles of these two individuals are completely reversed from what this person posted. Probably left by a friend or family member of the male clerk. I've never had an issue with said older woman. In fact, our family prefers to work with her due to the inefficient male clerk who seems to sell us the wrong products. I truly find the previous negative review very suspicious.

I have been going to Glass City for a few years now and the main reason I always return is because of Jennifer! She’s the best! We have great rapport and always laugh and joke around when I come in. She brightens my day and always goes above and beyond every single time I come in. Always a pleasant experience, great prices and the best staff!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR GLASSWORKS, ITS ALL CHEAPLY MANUFACTURED, HIGH LEVELS OF HEAVY METALS AND I RUINED A BRAND NEW QUARTZ BANGER WHEN A TERP PEARL BLEW UP BURNING ME. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
