There is a sign on the door that says we’ll be back in five minutes. I’ve been sitting here now for 30. I drove all the way from crane called ahead to make sure they have the product they needed. And nobody is here. It is 10 o’clock in the morning at this time do not understand what kind of customer service this is.

Payton and Pam are WONDERFUL! Everytime i go in as i have been a regular customer here for a few years now whether it be just payton or pam there or both of them together I am greeted immediately, barely ever a wait, and they take the time to explain new products thoroughly, help me pick new flavors & always keep me up to date! They even acknowledge my personal life sometimes when i bring it up & we always have good conversation! If you're looking for a great vibe, genuine sales & comfortable people to buy from they are the GO TO! I tell them both all the time they deserve a raise! I always look forward to coming in & knowing even if im at my worst that day, they make my day better and make sure i leave happier and along with my new vape!! i havent shopped anywhere else since i met them here! Definetely two of the BEST employees!

Vapor world is the only place I go! The point system to get discounts is fantastic! The prices are already great and all of the staff I’ve met in the years I’ve been going are always welcoming, and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been going since 2017! I heard they’d be stopping the sale of kratom and that really bums me out because I’ll have to switch to somewhere else. I’m going to miss everyone there if that’s true

Pam and Payton are awesome always so helpful and friendly faces to see when you walk in the door. They are truly an example of what great customer service is all about!
