First and foremost they automatically charge a 18% gratuity to your bill. Asked the waitress 4 times to replace the coal and she did everything for everybody but never came and replaced the coal. Sat for 30+ minutes waiting for her to replace it just to never get it done after asking 4 times. Never brought coal but she brought the bill. We ended up just leaving. Order wings and asked for them to be well done. Wings and fries came out soggy like they had been sitting in the styrofoam container for at least 10 minutes before they were brought to the table. It started out as a cool experience but as the night went on service got terrible. I would’ve understood if it was packed but they weren’t busy at all. Maybe 4 tables occupied. Spent over $120 and it wasn’t worth it. And to make matters worse, only 1 stall in the restroom had tissue

This establishment truly provided a delightful atmosphere for our brunch experience. However, I must admit that I had higher expectations when it came to the portion size of the chicken and waffles; I was somewhat disappointed that there weren't more wings included. Additionally, it was unfortunate that all three Patron flight holders were already in use, and we were unable to enjoy one. Our server, though generally good, did have a slip-up by failing to promptly return our last order, which left us waiting for over 40 minutes. It's worth noting that an automatic gratuity was added to our bill, even though our party consisted of only three people. On a positive note, I must commend the establishment for its outstanding music, ambiance, and lighting, all of which contributed to a fantastic experience. The restroom's design was quite impressive as well, although it could benefit from door locks and regular tissue checks. Despite these minor inconveniences, I look forward to returning in the future.

If I could give this a negative I would. The waiter said literally nothing to us except “what do you want” the entire time. We got a dinner for two off the suggested and they automatically put $11 for gratuity on the check! Our $46 dollar bill turned out to be $69! We got olives and pickles for a side and I kid you not they brought black olives out of a can and cut up pickles that were mushy. This being a Mediterranean restaurant we thought olives indicated green and artisan. Would never return here even if the food was free.

Came here on a Saturday night. There was maybe 30 people here, it was not crowded and there were plenty of tables and spots open. They told us at the front that in order to come in we MUST purchase a VIP booth with bottle service to get in and it would be at least $200 per person. We looked around and laughed at them. And then they were letting other people go in ahead of us and did not tell them that they needed to get VIP to get in. What a waste of a time for a wack place. The vibes were weird and the music was horrible. Stay away from here.

If I could do 0 stars I would...1 is just for the kind security guards. I have tried this establishment on 4 different occasions and the service has been terrible. Each time a different person says oh they are ok, and I go and realize why I disliked it in the first place. 2 of the 4 times I walked out due to no one coming to my section to even speak or offer water. The first time I went, I sat in a section alone and a male friend was in the next booth he came after me and was greeted quickly and before me who had been there. The 2nd time I went with him and he went to the bathroom, the females didn't appear until he came back even though I had the order and th money. Tonight I was there for about 23 minutes sitting in a dirty booth where I moved the small trash to the side. No one came until around the 20ish min mark and she says hi babe and picks up the trash to say this is reserved. I asked is there another place she said she would check and instead she went to other tables. I brought it to management attention, but was given excuses. I told him no problem I dont have to spend my money, I can keep it. I would definitely not recommend this place high on my list of places to go in St. Louis.
