Although the bartenders were amazing, it was a specific waiter/manager that gave us a hard time. It seemed as if right when we sat down, he was quick to ask us for an I.D. He wasn’t the friendliest. He mixed out orders up. Everything seemed rushed and it wasn’t a good experience whatsoever. We came months prior and it was a totally different experience. We truly enjoyed ourselves that time around. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back to this establishment. We do not want to travel to any place and be treated as if we do not matter. And the fries were also not seasoned and cold.

Me & friends will not be coming back here period. Last time I came I left a five star review and that quickly changed tonight. We came around 7:30pm and it was only two other people there. Immediately we were bombarded to show ID and order what we wanted. Everything felt very rushed. Prices for drinks & food are extremely high! Pressured to purchase hookah even though we bought many drinks & food. Between me & friends we spent $200 plus. Around 10pm the server came to our table saying at 9pm tables are reserved and we have to buy something every 30 mins to keep a table there and said this was the new POLICY! When this place was not even busy at all! Flyers say free shooters all night for ladies night and we literally had to ask about it to receive only one watered down shot. He also was forgetting things we ordered and we had to wait and keep going to the bar to get anything we asked for. The man then came over to our table with an attitude and put a reserved sign on the table. At this point it was already 10:30 so it seemed as if he was asking us to leave. We quickly went to the bar and asked another server about this policy and she seemed overly confused. When the manager came to us he quickly changed what he said and said that’s not what he meant after we already spent so much money in this establishment. The place looks run down now with zero paint touch ups and old run down seats. This place was so much better when you can bring your own bottle, play games, and don’t feel pressured to buy something just to stay. You all clearly have a Dj now so why is it a time limit on how long you can stay? We came for the vibes not the rude service. I will be taking my money elsewhere as their are cheaper hookah bars in other areas. We also noticed a decline from the last time we came. Not many people coming anymore, I see why now…

I do the mowing and snow plowing at this location and I'm always curious about hookah bars. So when there are friendly customers that come out and greet us, I asked them how was their experience or how was their time they spent here. They always have a great things to say and offer me insight into what it is exactly they do there because I am not hip to hookah bars but this one based on interaction with their customers makes me want to give it a try and see what is all about

I came out tonight with a few friends for ladies night. I walked in at about 8:30 it wasn’t a lot going on. When I made it to the table everyone had already ordered food and drinks so I went to the bar for mine. I bought a beer and shot of D’ussé which came out to just about $23. When I made it back to the table the waitress(who ended up being the manager) was processing transactions for my friends. I noticed this and placed my receipt next to my items. When he made it to me he asked me had I already purchased the items I had and I told him yes. He stood there for a moment and then asked me again this time pointing at the drinks that I had, I confirmed with him again and pointed to my receipt. He stood there another moment and repeated himself asking me had I purchased my items, at this point I handed him my receipt to allow him to look and compare the items. Over the course of our time there I noticed that he was very forgetful about the things our table had ordered and had to be continually reminded, they had to overly explain that it had already been paid for as well. I found myself going up to the bar asking them about our hookah which he had forgotten and the shooters that the flyer said were all night long. I was informed that the shooters would only start after the DJ made it. After the DJ made it the shooters still didn’t start. I found myself back at the bar asking about the shooters after the DJ came in which they told me the shooters would only be out at every hour mark. They didn’t begin to bring the shooters around until an hour and a half after the DJ had arrived. The service ruined the entire vibe. First and last time going.

I go here a lot.. the prices are good...the vibe is right.. I did see a new food menu that is questionable. Not sure if that was just a 1 time promotion thing or not but this place is good in my book
