Yes, I am using an alias. No, I have NEVER EVER left a review (good or bad) for someone before. I’m in my late 30s. I would give you ZERO stars if it was possible. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Horrible “Ooze” battery purchased. Worked fine for two weeks and then is not charging now nor hitting. I walked in with a box in hand to see what they could do. Because I do not have the receipt and probably wasn’t given one/ or I told them to throw it away. Regardless if I had the receipt it would have been in my bag next to the products box I still have. Dude called the manager or owner and they refuse to replace it due to no receipt. Look at your cameras on 01/28. Or look up the last time you sold an “Ooze pen” in the last couple of weeks. SO disappointed with this business. Pretty pathetic. I will never be recommending you all, but I will definitely be advertising for you! Word of mouth. Customer service costs nothing… but apparently so does accountability. Hope the $20 pen was worth the reputation hit.

Very poor customer service went in looking for delta products and the man in the store was extremely rude and said "we only have vape stuff we're a vape store" event hough it clearly states on their website that they have delta 8. 1 star would not recommend definitely fo to smokers choice for all your vaping needs

This is an awesome store to get your vaping needs. The people are always nice and there's always something good in stock

The staff is always extremely welcoming and kind. They help you figure out what you need so if you have no clue how to start vaping this is the place! I also noticed that staff is aware of health risks and warns against higher nicotine juice being used in certain vapes. I appreciate their honesty and help, as well as their concern for the health of their customers.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are definitely the most helpful vape shop in town. I've tried the others and was very happy when como vapor opened up on the road I take home from work. They always welcome new vapers and are happy to help you figure out a combination that works for your personal needs from cloud chasing to just something simple. I don't shop anywhere else.
