After waiting 30 minutes for 2 ppl in the drive through was refused service for my ID and payment method not matching names. Needless to say they lost a long time customer today. They have a right to refuse service as much as I have a right to choose what establishments I spent my money at. Good help is hard to find but they need to keep looking.

Horrible customer service, rude employees. The guy basically called me an idiot while trying to return a falsely advertised labubu. The box and packaging both says they come from pop mart but the item is not. I called to inform them, and the guy told me to bring it back the next day and they would return it, but when I got there the other guy told me he wouldn't give me my money back and argued. Also threatened to call the cops on me for standing up for myself. His excuse was the other guy was new, but he's not. He's worked there for months. If you need to return something good luck. They are very rude, and unprofessional, and degrading! They have ripped off other customers the same way is what the "new guy" told me over the phone. If multiple customers are coming in and complaining about the same thing i would say the store has a problem. Do not recommend this store.

I go to this place often. I do think it's silly that they close at 10 on Friday and Saturday nights. Just giving money to the other places. They have loyalty cards but never ask you for your number. I like going here but they should stick to their job and everyone do it the same way. Don't do loyalty cards if you aren't going to honor them.....still like the place...lol

Absolutely disgusting behavior. I walked into Cheap Smokes today, as a legal adult, to make a purchase—and was flat-out refused service because I’m a trans man. Not because of ID issues. Not because of store policy. Simply because of who I am. The clerk took one look at me and decided I wasn’t “acceptable” enough to serve. I was humiliated, dehumanized, and made to feel like I didn’t belong in public. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s discriminatory, cruel, and illegal. No one deserves to be treated like this. Trans people exist. We have rights. And we will speak out when those rights are violated. Avoid this place if you believe in basic decency, equality, or human dignity.
