I love this shop! I recently moved to Ironton, and I'm happy this store is here, in this small sized town. The owner is nice and helpful, and they carry the products I like. Over half of the Ocho Extract products i buy from here have been leaky or defective. There have been numerous times where i was refused any sort of compensation. Today, i have been calling all day to the business phone and nobody answers the phone. I can see that on facebook, somebody has seen my message but still they do not respond or pick up their business phone. I mean at least 5 out of ten products from ocho i have been ripped off.
