the shop is amazing and has the best customer service they’re super chill! ace is the best!

I understand that vape shops have policies to protect themselves from returns, and I completely respect that. However, I was uncomfortable being expected to open and use my vape in front of the employee immediately after purchasing it. I didn’t feel like I was given a choice. If this is the store’s way of preventing return disputes, I think it would be more appropriate to have a clearly posted “All Sales Are Final” policy instead. That would set expectations upfront without putting customers in an uncomfortable position.

Great store amazing service

best smoke shop, and the cheapest in town
