I have had mostly positive experiences at this vape shop and buy my juice here regularly. I am particularly happy with the convenient location and the help they give my non-vaping husband when he picks up my juice. Service depends a lot on who is working but they have been friendly and helpful for the vast majority of my visits. Some past issues I experienced were primarily with one person who I haven't seen in quite some time. I think they are somewhat limited on stock and what they can sell/do due to the outrageous laws being passed against the industry.

First let me say that the service is SO AMAZING that I will NOT shop anywhere else! The whole team is super friendly, very informative, and super helpful for any questions you may have about any of your vape needs! Not only vape needs, they have other things as well-considering legalization happened in Missouri! They will BEAT prices on all your “medical” accessories-GUARANTEED! The quality is DEFINITELY GREAT! Just because the prices are lower doesn’t mean they skipped on the quality of their items-because they sure did not! Like I said, I personally refuse to shop anywhere else but E-Cig Mania! The owner, Dwayne-A1 FROM DAY 1! He’s absolutely sweet, friendly, and super knowledgeable! Basically what I’m say is-THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND YOU SHOULDN’T SKIP OUT ON SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT AN AMAZING STORE WITH AN AMAZING STAFF!!! 10/10 recommend to EVERYONE in the area!!! I went in unsure of what to get, I just knew I wanted to quit smoking and that this might be an alternative. I do not regret going here! I was immediately welcomed, and the guy asked me questions about my smoking and then made great recommendations about what to consider. He knew what he was doing and gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. On top of that, I was in and out quickly! I wish I had gotten his name, but thank you for a wonderful experience. This will definitely be my go-to shop!
