Not sure who the owner is but her one lone "employee" is going to cause this business to sink horrible. He didn't show up on time today( 10-14-25). He has absolute zero interest in actually trying to be approachable for the customers coming in. The owner put up hiring signs a few months back, yeah that went nowhere as my wife filled out an application and never heard a call back so it was pointless for the owner to even put up a hiring sign. Their stock is very limited for flower and the employee has no knowledge of the kinds of strains they carry.

I went in there, and a guy walks up and just looks at me. No hello, no introduction or greeting at all. Then I told him exactly what I wanted and he grabbed the wrong thing and the whole time hes looking at his phone, not communicating with me at all...I'm just bothering him at this point. Ill never go there again. It bothers them when you try buy anything or ask questions. Still a dump

Its hard to take a business seriously when they cant even open up on time. If you do manage to get into the store, you might as well be invisible. They have 0 customer service skills and couldn't care less if you are there or not....this place has gone down hill big time

This place sucks, they open when they get around to it despite what the sign says, it's the only smoke shop in town. Farmington has a way way better selection and prices for sure. Someone needs to come and open up another smoke / head shop, if that happens I GUARANTEE it will put this one out of business. DO NOT come to this one, take the extra 20 minutes and drive to Farmington, you won't be disappointed.

I walk to the store about 1.5 miles and been closed last 3 times I been there getting old fast need another store in this town
