I like this vape store better than the others in town. The kid that works there is knowledgeable about the products and always friendly. They are much cheaper than the other store in town around $5 a bottle of vape juice cheaper with a good selection. They take request if there is a flavor you have been looking for. I shop there every week and always have a good experience. Would recommend them for your vaping and smoking needs. Also is a women owned business. 10/10 would recommend.

This business was amazing up until very recently. I bought a defective coil from them and they would not replace it though it was in my vape, obviously not burnt, and was showing as defective on my lcd. The individual working was showing off for her friends and couldn't be bothered with calling the owner. After reaching out on Facebook and receiving no help there I decided I would go to Vapor Maven just down the street. Unfortunately they did not carry my coils for the tank o have but after assuring me they take care of their customers (I witnessed this when I walked in) seeing the place packed and the wider variety I decided to spend $60 with them on a new tank and coils instead of ever walking back into Koko again. As much as I sang their praises before I now have to say so long. My last review from 3 years ago that was overwhelmingly positive has now been changed to remoursefully negative. I know I will run into the owner at the chamber events and hopefully she realizes that people in this area are not happy with this level of service. I'm just glad to know there's another place I can go that believes in customer service and won't let a $5 coil keep them from making way more money monthly as I buy a lot of juices and coils on the regular as well as give mods as gifts. What a disappointing day to have to write a negative review on a locally owned company.

The Liam was awesome told him I have pain,he told me what I needed.. Selection was good. Very very satisfied. I will be goin back again. I will say one other thing,give that young man a raise.

Bought a 2500 puff esco bar and it was burnt brand new out of the box. Owner refused to let me exchange. Very bad customer service. I would avoid this vape store. I would recommend express mart or vapor maven

Coils suck, they break super easily, they made my vape leak everywhere. The hired people don’t have a clue what they’re doing and don’t know much about vapes, the one person who did quit because she hated working there. The owner doesn’t even know anything. She thought the soft setting on a vape was stainless steel setting. If you want good quality items and someone who knows what they’re doing just go to Darth Vapors in the brick district. Much more worth your money.
