My wife was about to go missing bc she was out of vapes but John at Vapor Maven saved her life and me a life sentence..lol. Dude was super cool and I don’t know about the negative reviews regarding new vapes that they wouldn’t replace if they didn’t work but he made sure she was straight before we left so we spent about $80. They have good deals.

Overpriced, Don't carry coils-pods for mods/batteries they carry in store. Most disposables malfunction.. no refund if you take a single foot out of the door. TERRIBLE management, got scammed out of rewards points because they dont train their employees well enough and lost all my reward points due to technical error made by cashier! Google should allow ZERO reviews for businesses just like this. The rebrand ain't gonna make people forget how 'Bouji you are or forget about the lack of customer service. Dollar Tree is able to make it work out with one employee in the clock and alot of foot traffic. 'Vapor Maven barely gets any business and still cant satisfy the very few people they get to come in the door a day. KINGS DISCOUNT & TT'S deserve your business.. Not these scammers with 100+ stores to run

Almost everytime I come to this store there's some kind of issue. In the past it was staffing issues or randomly being closed for no reason. The new manager is great and the employees are kind and helpful. My 1 star is due to the systemic issues this business has. Staff can't scan products at checkout. They can't keep stock of pods and coils that they sell mods for. The turn over rate is astonishing, telling me that upper management is terrible at their jobs. I won't be back, and I recommend you spend your money elsewhere as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. The manager was rude, the product doesn't work, and the customer service is beyond ridiculous. Was told I had to talk to the manager and came in three times to do so for junk product they sold. Not only will I not be back but I'll make sure everyone knows

Everytime I come here there is a sign on the door that says "went to lunch next door!!! Back in 15!!!"........well I've been waiting over an hour for them to return and still not a sight of anyone, this store is doomed to fail for this reason, I won't be back and I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling this way, guess there's always Don't Be Shy in town
