1. Tobacco was so old and dry it became powder when you try to roll it into a cigarette. 2. The papers I got tasted like they had been stored too close to incense or dryer sheets and you could taste that transferred fragrance slightly when you lit a smoke. 3. Person working only rang up one of the coupons I had used for a carton of Marlboro blacks, my wife made the other purchase so it was 2 different people and transactions trying to use a $15 dollars off coupons (we had 2, and they are limit one per customer).

The workers first words to me when I walked in were “make it fast, we’re closing”. I didn’t realize I walked in late (7:20) and am always very respectful about that when I realize they are about to close but that’s just awful customer service. I just needed to see if they had a brand I was looking for. Will not be coming back or purchasing anything from this store.

They sell fake elf bars. You can tell from the plastic wrapping inside the cardboard box. And then again when it fails after 50-100 puffs. Avoid this place. They sell bootleg fakes

Very quick fast and easy service. Went in looking for filtered cigars and they have a huge variety of brands and flavors to pick from. They ladies working there even helped me when buying mixed and matched flavors of cigars. The prices make it so affordable so you don't feel the pressure of having to buy name brand items if you don't want. All around great experience and would highly recommend if your in the area.

When they (Business) ignores health hazards and continue to sell expired product after they had a chance to fix is the overall reason for this low review. Further details can be found below. I had been doing business with this shop for quite some time. The ladies who work on the weekend have been nothing but superb. The personnel, environment is all A+. However, they have forced my hand in leaving a negative review and taking my business elsewhere. Here goes: Buyer be aware: Any product you purchase that has an expiration date should be confirmed as "not expired". I recently made a purchase of 2 products which had an expiration date well into the past. I only looked for such information as I fell ill after consuming the product sold to me. Upon investigating the product I had in hand I observed it had expired close to a year ago. I brought this information to the stores attention on my next visit while asking for a refund. I was advised to come back during the week which was/is not possible. I figured I would see how things play out when I came back to visit. Fast Forward - I come back again and ask for the same product different quantity. They pulled the product I asked for and the first thing they looked at was the expiration date. It was expired as well. Go Figure. I gave them all of my contact info. No one has reached out to me. They clearly did not review their inventory after I pointed out the flaw the first time, and that they were still selling expired products to the public. Sad part is they did pull the original product off the shelf but replaced it with a different quantity that was expired as well. I hate to drive business away from good hard working people but I think buyer education is more important here.
