Friendly staff and great prices! Haven't tried products yet but will definitely be back based on experience!!

I visited KC Kush in downtown Kansas City expecting the same friendly service I've received in the past, but this visit was completely different. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a larger white female employee with tattoos who was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Her attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. What disappointed me even more is that after reading other Google reviews, I noticed several people have described similar experiences with this same employee. Instead of addressing these concerns professionally, many of the owner's responses to negative reviews come across as defensive and dismissive, which doesn't inspire confidence that customer feedback is taken seriously. I want to be clear that every other employee I've interacted with at this location has always been kind, respectful, and helpful. Unfortunately, this one interaction was enough to make me question whether I'll return. Customer service matters just as much as the products you sell, and I hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously.

YOU HAVE A LOT OF OPTIONS FOR THESE PRODUCTS, KC!!! This place used to be IT but the last few months have nottttttt been the place I used to rave and brag about. The staff is generally rude, they NEVER have $10-$15 eighths anymore and this afternoon’s visit was the last straw - I won’t spend my money somewhere so rude. The owner seems to aggressively come at those that leave a less than impressive review—rather than fix the issues; so get your popcorn ready, I’m sure they’ll have something spicy to say!

It was my first time coming in and I left extremely satisfied. The environment was chill and everyone was so cool. Carla was so helpful in getting me the right stuff will definitely be coming back again! 10/10

This store is the bomb!! They give you a free product just for visiting or maybe with purchase idk bc you will not leave wo making a purchase bc their product is phenomenally cheap and incredibly high value. Do not miss stopping in and checking it out. The only negative is parking, and that might be bc im from a 2 block town lol.
