Was impressed with the size and options available. Staff was friendly and helpful until checkout. I was there to by cones, 2 20packs came to $35, I was informed they were $15 a piece. BTW no prices on shelves. I don't know if she thought I was dumb but thats way over charging. I am not from the area but beware of overcharging.

I’ll take a few things into consideration. It was close to the end of the night, and given the location, I’m sure they deal with plenty of drunk or difficult people. That said, the friendliness here was at the bottom of the barrel. I’ve been to their River Market location several times, and the experience there has always been completely different. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and don’t make you feel like they assume you’re there to steal something. I even tried making simple conversation and asked if they were affiliated with the store in the River Market, and they just seemed completely put off by me talking to them. The worst part was being followed around the store. Every time I moved to another area, someone seemed to follow. If I stopped to look at something: “Can I help you?” No, I’m just looking. Pick something up to get a closer look: “Can I help you?” No, I just wanted to look at this. Move to the other side of the room, and suddenly the staff move over there too and just stare at you. There’s attentive customer service, and then there’s making a customer feel like they’re being watched because you don’t trust them. This definitely felt like the second one. I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt so unwanted in a store. I'll just stick with the River market. The second star is because they have A LOT of cool stuff.

Flor always gives great customer service every time I come in. She’s friendly, helpful, and knows the products well. She makes the shop feel welcoming and always takes the time to answer questions. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!

This is the place to go. The staff, from clerks to security, have always treated me with courtesy, dignity, and most importantly, a sincere smile. If they have happened to run out of something that I regularly get, they will tell me when they expect it in next. That's the kind of customer service that brings me back, day after day. I have told many of my friends and clients about the kindness, and cool vibe that exudes from here. Haven't heard of any below par experiences. Decided to swing by to a place Id never been before, wasnt really to sure what to look for as their wide variety of options can be a bit overwhelming. I thankfully had Flor, one of the very helpful employees, give me some recommendations & she pointed me exactly to what I didnt know I needed. I will definitely be back again.
