Great customer service I love this store it’s very clean and smells good Ali is one of the best he’s always nice and they always have what I need. From candles to tobacco products and many other things this store is literally a one stop shop. If you can’t find a specific brand just ask Ali and he definitely will find it.10/10🫶🏾

I really like this shop!! I am a regular here and everytime I come in the staff is always so chill and helpful. They will help fit your price range and don’t overprice like a lot of other places around here. I recommend this place for anyone in the lake St. Louis/o Fallon area looking for quality. They have a bunch of different things to offer

I visited today and was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The employee assisting me was not attentive and did not make an effort to look for the item I requested. I ultimately located the product myself. Additionally, there was no willingness to assist with a simple request, such as disposing of my trash, and there was no follow-up to ensure the product met my needs. The interaction lacked professionalism, friendliness, and basic customer care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.

I'm a bit frustrated with Google—I made a review yesterday. And it's not here Still, I want to share how Jay and Savannah truly stand out. They're both incredibly helpful and genuinely seem to care; they go above and beyond to answer questions and help us find the perfect product. My girlfriend and I always chat after our visit, and we both feel and see how much they truly care. Besides that, Mr. Tobacco offers a great selection at decent prices, with excellent management and ownership. Jay and Savannah always make sure we find what we're looking for, and if not, they kindly offer to get it for us. Good customer service often feels rare these days, but it’s wonderful to see these two young people genuinely care about their customers. That's a big reason why we will definitely keep coming back.
