I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service here was disappointing. I went in for a Caliburn G3 on 12/28 at around 10:30PM, found that it wasn't available and decided go with an XROS Nano before deciding against it at the counter. When I apologized and thanked the clerk for bearing with me (some tall white dude), he completely ignored me and refused to make eye contact while canceling the transaction. Even as I was going out I said thanks again and sorry and still nothing from him to even acknowledge me. Throughout the visit his attitude was hostile; he even complained under his breath when another customer walked in as he was helping me. I understand having a bad day, but making customers feel like a burden for simply walking in the door is childish. The funny thing is that I would've likely bought the XROS if he was even a little bit welcoming or polite, but thanks to his inability to muster even that I decided that giving this place my money wasn't the best move given how I was being treated. Talk about being "bad for business". They have a decent selection, but so do a lot of places. Won't be coming back.

Dude working there just had a mental breakdown. Bought a vape that has zero flavor in it, asked if I could return it, he instantly refused because it "i hit it and it turned on"(he said this like 6 times). Then i asked if could swap it out with something the same price and he refused again saying "it would lose the price value" this is when he got agrivated saying hes not gonna argue with me(this was far from an argument). Told me I was being extra and walked away. I was calm and chill the whole time, he's obviously not a people's person and has no clue how to communicate genuinely with a customer. I didn't realize it was possible to be an asshole at a vape shop. Embarrassing.

Fantastic store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Justin is consistently able to answer any question I have about products and knows the right questions to ask me to ensure I leave with exactly what I want. Also, I like that they are open 7 days 9AM-9PM and the Brennan guy that works weekends is an especially friendly fellow. 5 Stars!

Awesome place, great stock, normally very easy in and out but there is a woman who works here sometimes, she is very nice but not knowledgeable on the normal practices and seems to wanna upsell over and over rather than just giving what is asked for the first time. Had to say no 3 times for a deal I wasn’t trying to spend money on, and ended up buying 3 coils just to leave because buying 2 would’ve left them with 1 and that wasn’t okay I guess??? - overall a great place tho.
