UPDATE: After returning reluctantly, I was met with familiar faces, kindness, and the atmosphere I remembered. I am updating my review accordingly. Have to be honest, used to love this place. Was there every week, sometimes twice a week. Went in there the other day to find out they have new ownership. Used my card for 25 off 50, they took it as if honoring it, I know the prices and what things had cost me…. They didn’t use it. To their credit, the guy behind the register was very nice, and I could have seen myself liking him. I will be taking my VERY REGULAR, business elsewhere.

Ci Ci is the best. She is very knowledgeable of all the products. Her customer service is great and filled with so much patience and eagerness to help and offer recommendations. She is the main reason I go to this shop versus any other Lee's Summit smoke shops.

Cici was so wonderful she has always been on point in guiding me when I’m stuck choosing flavors or anything really!!! That girl is amazing and needs a raise!

The girl working there…I really wish I remembered her name. Because she was so kind and helpful! I called the other OG Smoke Shop along with a couple other places looking for a specific product and they were all unprofessional and somewhat rude. She was refreshing and I drove out of my way to buy something there. She even took pics of some products to send to my phone so I could look the up for a later date. I’m impressed by her kindness.
