Very unfortunate when I stopped by. I heard lots of good things from this shop, only to come in and get glared at by staff and treated like a second thought. Every question we asked seemed to be some kind of inconvenience to her. I've been traveling for a good few months with my husband and almost every different type of store I'd stop at, I got amazing customer service. It was like the way I present wasn't treated with respect, and everyone deserves human decency. This was very saddening to come in and be greeted with rudeness instead of welcomeness. Working in customer service myself, even on bad days I put a smile on. Do not recommend if your in the neosho area.

I love this little gem. It's a bit out of my way, but worth the drive. They have a huge selection, the staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help and educate where needed. The manager Tobi goes above and beyond for customers and great prices.

Terrible business practices. They consume various types of product and if you dont check it before you leave they will deny any type of responsibility. Dont shop here if you value your hard earned dollars. The staff are generally friendly but the crooked business practices earned them a single star or less in my eyes.

Went in for the first time and got greeted right when I got in, they helped us out and helped us find what we wanted. Great place to get tapes, wonderful people!
