absolutely love this shop. however recent draw backs due to new employees the new lady named grace is very unprofessional she doesn't welcome others to the store and doesn't try to help in anyways most the time she just talks on her phone into her earbuds. I've also noticed I haven't been getting any points from my purchases when she works. and I've been doing business with this shop for over two years and always felt welcomed by their employees. but honestly I feel as if I have to watch when I go in to get good service from those that actually promote health to the business and welcome customers back.

I’m a very busy mother five and most days can’t leave too far from the house so I always go to Nixa smokes! Brie and Beth are my favorite people to see working There, they always remind me to use my points. They’re extremely helpful, even when I am tired and indecisive. They take the time to help me with whatever I’m needing to get they even will go to the back and grab a vape Flavor that I And wanting, if it hasn’t put out on the shelves yet. They are extremely friendly, Polite, timely, And tidy people. And they’re also great conversation for small talk while I’m purchasing my items. I always called to see if they’re working before I go in, Makes my day a little brighter!

Manager is super cool, and very helpful. Great store with great people. Told him I stopped smoking and gave me some free nicotine pouches and encouraged me to not smoke anymore. Amazing guy fr.
