Sold defective pods then said they couldn't exchange for working one's because we had forgot to bring the battery the first time even though we brought in the battery the second time to show them that it was not working, won't exchange and won't refund. Edit* the phone number listed is also fake.

They do not warranty the faulty pods they sell. Do not shop here.

I had an experience with this store this week that has told me everything I need to know about this company. I attached a photo for reference. Two days ago my fiance and I purchased two R and M Tornado 7000 disposable vapes. These are $25 each. Mine started leaking and smoking shortly after leaving the store, so I called them and let them know what was happening. They told me that per policy they can't take the vape back because it is disposable. I never asked them to take the vape back, I asked them to replace or refund me for a product I purchased at their store, which is easily doable at any reputable business. It is very obviously defective, as seen in this picture. My fiance takes way harder hits off of his vapes than I do, and hits his more frequently. So there is no reason mine should be this low. $25 is a lot of money for a disposable vape, and any decent business would stand behind the products they sell on their store.
