Theres a new guy i believe his name is Michael, he informed me I’ve actually been using the wrong pod wattage I believe? and let me know that’s why my vape has been leaking. Saved me time and money! Glad he had experience and was able to help me.

This is a great business that always offers more than I expect. They always have what I'm looking for and I always leave with a little extra. Today I had the luck of meeting a wonderful employee named Alia. She not only set me up with what I came in for, but set me up with even BETTER options. I left with the amazing products she suggested AND a list for my next visit!!! Superb chick! Great store!!

The old lady working here is especially rude. I came in on 4/1 around 5:30 PM looking for a disposable vape. Apparently I just picked out a pod, not realizing, and she couldn’t have been more rude or condescending about it. I explained i just wanted something i could open up and hit almost 3 times, though she HAD to try to explain these pods to me three more times before I just gave up and told her she was rude and I will never be coming back. I rolled over to Puff Time and the guy was so nice and dapped me up right when i walked in!

These guys are great! They always have great suggestions for new flavors and are super chill with peeps like me who are a bit indecisive! Thanks again!

the costumer service is kinda wack. me and my girlfriend went in, and noone said anything, all the employees were staring, blank face. no smiles and just rude. in particular the dude with the birth mark on his face.
