Drove from 2 hours away to come see family on (7/15/26). Bought a vape, tried it in store. It was terrible in store, I expressed that to the cashier. He did nothing to change it or help it, I felt like an inconvenience so I left. Wish I hadn't because one day later, my 3k puff vape has bit the dust. Wish the cashier would've done more to help but he genuinely looked at me like he didnt care. Waste of money, thanks.

Amazing selection and great deals! The glass in here is half the price you'd see in Saint Joe shops. Vicky was very knowledgeable and helpful !

It's wonderful to have this store accessible in our small town. To make the experience even better, I'd suggest focusing on enhancing employee training regarding the products sold. A deeper understanding of items like disposable vapes vs. pod systems, glassware varieties, and delta products would be incredibly helpful for customers. Perhaps exploring online resources from manufacturers or even observing how other retailers educate their staff could be beneficial. ✨ ✨ On a very positive note, every employee I've interacted with has been exceptionally friendly and kind. They create a relaxed shopping environment, allowing ample time to browse without any pressure. We appreciate having this outlet available in our city. ✨✨

Both times I've been here neither people working behind the counter have any clue on any of there products. Everything they have is cheap knock off. Just go to st joe. Tried to ask the staff if the bangers were glass or quartz and she starts to explain that it goes in a rig for wax. Tried to explain to her for 10 min what an e-nail was and couldn't get her to stop pointing us to the old threaded batteries

Been waiting for a vape shop in Savannah forever! Really nice variety and fair prices. Actually went in to grab some sticks and walked out with a new vape and hand pipe. Hahaha, deals were too good to pass up. Safe to say the wife was not happy but I am lol. Go support Vape Stop 71!
