This shop has seriously put some work in recently! They have tons of glass and smoking pieces now in addition to the vape gear they already had. There are deals up on a chalkboard and they even have a discount for medical consumers on the smoking accessories. Staff is knowledgable and Quentin always has good suggestions. They have my seahorse tips, dragon egg coils in stock which is great, I’m always hunting those down. Recently got set up with “The Bomb” which is great (as promised).

QUENTIN was exceptional at sharing and educating, it was so cool to be able to ask questions..and receive answers in a manner that makes you feel comfortable. ..and now much wiser (or at least dangerous i am now). He was patient and very informative, making sure I got what i needed. Fantastic selection..my go to vape store. I went in to get get a tank (which he made a point of getting from another store)...and because of him, i left with more..when he no longer manages/works there..i will find another shop Thanks Quentin

EDIT- Tyler no longer works here, making it a much better shopping experience. Quinn (?) is very knowledgeable & kind! My boyfriend & I have been going to Electric Puff solely since we moved here. Staff has always been exceptional. Until today, we went to store #2 and experienced some of the worst customer service ever from Tyler. My (less than 3 month old) vape started having some issues, so I went in just to ask what I could do about it. I was immediately accused of things and told “yeah there’s nothing I can do.” He was extremely dismissive and rude. Ended up driving to store #1 and Shawn and CJ (I think were their names) took me seriously, answered my questions and helped me out. From now on I’ll just be driving to store 1.

Tyler was amazing!!! He helped me pick a great juice and took into consideration of my price range!!! He was overall a really nice guy and was able to get me a pretty good deal on some juice! Only $27!! They have a wide variety of juices and brands with cool flavors! I absolutely loved the environment
