Bought a vape mod and vape juice to go and fill my new mod with the vape juice to see the vape juice expired 10/10/2023 didn’t get a receipt so now I’m screwed. Won’t be back because of this. This was a one and done visit to this vape shop. Save ur money and go somewhere that juice isn’t expired. I would like something to be done about this.

Shops alright. Small selection in some stuff but I get it it's vapes and tobacco not vapes tobacco and THC. But you got a guy working in there, Nico that needs to be retrained on how to be a sales person. He was dazed, not coherent, didn't know his product at all. Absolutely 0 costumer service instinct at. It made my time in there very awkward and I probably won't be returning personally. My friend recommended the place and was not very happy with how the transaction happened , said it was not his usual experience.

This store and company in general has the best customer service ever. There is a guy with dreads that goes above and beyond for us everytime. He Used his personal juice for me and it was just very nice of him.
