I've been a regular customer at VapeX on Glenstone for several months now, and I keep coming back for good reason. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They're always patient when answering questions and offering recommendations. What really stands out is their pricing. I've shopped around the area, and VapeX offers the best deals on vapes and accessories that I've found anywhere in Springfield. They maintain an impressive variety of products, from the latest disposables and e-liquids to mods and more, so there's always something new to try. Every visit has been a positive experience, and the rewards program is a nice added bonus that makes shopping even more worthwhile. If you're looking for quality vapes at unbeatable prices with great service, this is the spot!

I purchased a cbd pen from them Wednesday. Got home and discovered it's expiration date was up 1 year ago. Called them and management said best they can do is give me 15% off another purchase. Can you get more SHADY than that? I'll never step across your threshold ever again. I've been in business over 30 years and customer satisfaction is number 1! You really took a review like this for at best 10 bucks profit?! Merry Christmas!!!

This place is awesome! Clean, well organized, and they are always so friendly. I bought a metal pipe from them one time and the seal was striped and they replaced it with no problem.

I came in and had a bunch of questions, and Brenan was So So helpful!! Very kind staff and lots of awesome products, would definitely recommend this store!

Great store favorite in town. Come down they’ll take care of all your needs.
