I’ve always had a good experience coming in here. They have the 2nd cheapest prices on cigarettes in town. They use to be the cheapest, but I found up the road has cheaper now but they always run out quickly. The staff is always friendly and greet you when come in. I highly recommend.

The young guy who has been working there lately is very rude and discriminative!! He says he owns it but i doubt that !! I will not be spending my money there anymore very rude!! I would not go there people it will just feed his negative behavior!!! I have been going there for years and not had problems till the last 6 times I have went he always has something smart to say with out being instigate!!

Smoke Village has great prices and the staff is very friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked whether you are looking for smokes or smoking accessories alcohol to adult novelties or just somewhere to relax and play some slots it's a great store.

I'm not going to lie sometimes the customers make me nervous and I do like the staff though they are very friendly and nice n listen to what you are looking for Some of the prices are high but that's touch n go anywhere. And if they don't have what you are looking for,just talk to the head manger/owner he's very obliged to help..

I purchased an exotic product on Saturday night around 9pm. I Went home went to bed and it was either empty or not working properly when I woke up. I called the store and the person was AWFUL to me and just wouldn’t listen and just dismissed me. I went ahead and went into the store I purchased the product from ( I use to come here often- I’ve spent hundred of dollars with what I now would call LOW LIFES. The worker seemed nice at first and I explained the situation and shows her pending transaction. It had only been 12 hours. Then she made a few phone calls and she refused to help me, saying I should have comeback last night. I didn’t know it broken! I spoke to the other manger again and he called me a LIAR. I am stopping both pending charges with this company and I would recommend you go to Royal Vape on Campbell or the other Vape store on Fort and Sunshine. These people are kind and do great business. STAY AWAY FROM SMOKER VILLAGE - SCAM ARTIST with absolutely no human decency or customer service skills whatsoever. BAD BUSINESS ************
