I'm not sure if this is a new shop overall but I feel like it's definitely under new ownership. Father and son (Palestinian) who own it typically are the guys you'll see working. It's not my regular place but I've done there recently in a pinch because it's closer to home compared to my other place. They've been great. Some of these shops owned by foreigners just price gouge you on everything - not these guys - they've been very fair with me - they're very friendly and I enjoy the conversations every time I go in. They deserve 5 stars and wouldn't think twice about referring anyone to shop with them.

Always get good stuff here. The reason they were closed for awhile is because they were undergoing a change in management. Now they are better than ever! Check them out.
