Salesman didnt care about making a sale, when stated that we were willing to spend a couple hundred after he said that they were ready to close, he stated "ive got like $3000 in the drawer" and shrugged us off like we were nothing our money was nothing to him and the sale didnt mean anything to him, it came off not only rude but snobby. Ill take the drive out to off the boulevard next time bc they are welcoming and helpful and awesome out there!! Dont need u 420 snoody studio 😝

When it comes to stock, they’re pretty decent, but when it comes to answering the phone, I have had little two no good experience. It’s hard to have someone shows up for their shift on time let alone opening the store on time and just here recently instead of answering calls they are declining calls. it’s starting to get to the point where I will no longer shop at this store. Anytime I have a question I have now gotten to the point where I have to call a different location in order to get someone to answer the phone

i’ve had a terrible experience with this store’s delivery system. i used it twice with no issues. i place an order about a week ago, it never arrives, i call the store and they tell me it’s held and that they can’t do anything about it. i call again in the morning and the woman i spoke to cancels it, thankfully. i place another order after having that one cancelled in hopes it was a one off, same thing happens. i downloaded saucey’s app, it tells me “payment method needs verification.” so i call, ask if i re-place the order with the card i’d used previously, if they can let me know if it goes through. it doesn’t. the man working night shifts wasn’t sure how to cancel it, not too worried about that, i understand not receiving full training on certain things, especially new ones, as someone who has also been in that position. i call again in the morning and speak to the same girl, she tells me the orders will be cancelled at some point in the day. i was fine with that response, but they never were. yesterday, FOUR DAYS, after i place my order i get a driver while i’m AT WORK and unable to provide identification. that order should have been cancelled when i called. figure out your system or don’t have it at all. i will not be returning to your location in person or using your delivery system. the one in st peters is far better. please figure out how to cancel my orders and refund me.

Not very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and overpriced. Less than helpful at best. I’ll be telling anyone who asks the same, I won’t be back.
