Poor customer service. Couldn't be bothered to sell a down stem when they are pretty much universal. No reason to spend a dime here after that. Went somewhere else, got what I needed, no problem, pulled right from a bong because they didnt have any separate either. Dude so nice I spent another 250 with him. Believe the negativity on reddit, dont shop here.

Keith and Hannah showed great and stellar service as we walked in. I was impressed with the excitement they showed by suggesting products and also expressing themselves with products they have used. Mr nice guy is fortunate to have employees of this caliber. It’s been a great transition with the new opening of the store.

my favorite smoke shop! everyone in this shop is so nice and helpful! Kate helped me figure out exactly what would work for me and my anxiety, gave me some great advice, showed me their faves, and even though I bought more than I planned to (lol budget where?) I’m super happy with all of the items I purchased! Justin and Erica were also working while I was there, and they were super friendly, greeted me when I walked in, and everyone chatted with me and just made the whole shopping experience fun and easy. Thank you guys!!!

Super short notice! My scale broke and I had to run to mr nice guys! El and Chelsea (hope I spelt it right I’m sorry if I didn’t) helped me find a new scale, calibrated it and we’re so super dope.
