Bought 4 disposables. One doesn't even work. Why they have each bag cut before you even open the box. The concentrate in them is super thin and chunky. The man working was so quiet/high you couldn't understand him.

Literally never liked a vape store they’ve always felt so icky and scary to me. I don’t know what it is about this place but what a freaking vibe!!! The cashier Ariel is absolutely amazing and so freaking personable! Never in a million years would I have thought that I’d walk into one of these places and feel welcomed, taken care of, and like I gained a new best friend!! She seriously knows what she’s talking about and cares about her job and customers!!! This girl legit needs a raise!!!

Puff haven always has everything I want. Best place in town. Chill workers and good vibes.
