I had a terrible experience here. I came and purchased a glass piece, banger, and butane set late on 2/18/2026. Upon returning to my apartment ~10:30pm I opened the pieces I bought to discover that the banger I had purchased had a hole in the bottom of it! Upon noticing I returned today, after working all day, to return this defective item they sold to me and to get a functioning piece. Upon entering the store, the same attendant who sold me the piece started blaming me! He asked me if I checked the piece after purchasing which I responded, yes! Then he asked me why I did not return, I told him I purchased it at 10:30pm. He asked me where a small rubber piece was (that i didn't realize was apparently extremely important) and I shared that it was at my apartment but would happily produce it, although I wasn't sure why that was needed to provide me an exchange for the GLASS BANGER WITH A HOLE IN IT!!! The exchange ended with him telling me, even if I returned with the small piece, that I would not be getting an exchange or a refund because all sales are final. Apparently they don't check the products they are selling to you! I came here, spent well over $100, and requested that I receive functional products. This was a terrible experience and I will never be returning.

Waited 15 minutes for them to open. Lights are on, sign days they open at 10 am, doors are locked. It's 10:15 and no sign of anyone opening the door anytime soon
