Nice spot. It’s been many years since I’d visited. Definitely remodeled from when I came. Far better atmosphere and customer service. Food is fresh, and place is clean! I had the chicken and rice shawarma, that came with a sales. My sister had the chicken kebab with rice and a salad. I will return.

Dined here with a group of 6 on a Friday night about 6:30pm in mid-July 2025. My sister recommended the spot and it absolutely hit the spot. The wait time was longer than expected (which was almost problematic because we went there before seeing a show at The Muny), but everything turned out well. I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich and was surprised by and delighted with the inclusion of pickles, it was so tasty! The fries were so savory as well, I'm guessing fried in peanut oil. The serving size of the fries was much larger than expected and could easily be shared between 2 people. Our group ordered the stuffed grape leaves and several people in our party took a piece of baklava for the road, it was extra nutty and absolutely delicious. There was plenty of seating and the space was clean.
Ordered takeout. Really great food and kind people!! Lentil soup was warm and filling on a cold day. It’s blended FYI. The chicken shawarma dinner was plentiful and I had extras to eat for lunch the next day. Would recommend.
I've spent more than 10 years of my life in the Middle East and I can tell you that the food here is totally authentic! Excellent choices, including a "build your own bowl" option. The curried chickpeas & mango is fabulously delicious, so is the lentils & rice. Their baba ganoush is true to the original recipe, including using roasted eggplant, which gives it the required smoky flavor. I tried at least 2 kinds of hummus. The food bar looks just like it would in Jerusalem, Jordan, Lebanon, or Cairo. Very nice Lebanese family runs the place (I don't know if they own it, but ai assume so.) The interior tables are simple and clean and there is some limited outdoor seating with shade and without. This is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in greater St Louis. Prices are totally reasonable. Highly recommended!
The food was season very well. The beef wasn’t tough. Very tasty. I would definitely visit again
