I've been here three times now and I love this place. All of the women that work here are really nice and friendly! I am pretty much a newbie when it comes to smoking tools and Vapes and all three times I've been there one of the ladies has spent at least 30 minutes talking to me and showing me different products and teaching me how to use stuff. I had a good time last night trying out my new toy one of the ladies taught me how to use (sorry I don't remember her name). I plan to keep coming back here in the future anytime I need something else. Thank you guys!

If you’re in Cave Springs, this is hands-down the only place you need to go for your smoking needs. I walked in last night completely clueless about wax pens, but Allie and Ava provided the kind of top-tier customer service you just don't see much anymore. They were incredibly patient with this "old head," sharing their deep product knowledge to help me pick out the Lookah Swordfish. They didn't just sell it to me—they unboxed it, demonstrated exactly how to use it, and confirmed it was in perfect working order before I left. It’s a wonderful, welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of how much you know about "new-age" gear. Huge thanks to Allie and Ava for making it such a great experience. I’ll be a customer for life!

Them folks always make me feel welcome, i dont smoke or do none of that stuff tho, i just come in stinkin up the place after workin on occasion, they gave me some free water to drink, which is kind of them after a day like this its almost 100°
