I had the greatest experience at The greatest vape shop I’ve ever had. I’m 50 and have smoked since middle school. I also have used vaping to quit ever since the first pens and tanks came out. Well, it’s been a minute since I last vaped and my cig usage has doubled. I use salt nic juice to replace cigs now but it’s been forever since my last vape tool. I walked in and Mike greeted me with a welcome and a smile right off the bat. I knew half the battle was over, I wasn’t facing someone that was probably just going to talk down to me like the other shops(sometimes). I told him my backstory, he geared me to a tool I had just bought at another store but wasn’t getting what I needed. He politely then told me I should try another ohm of cartridge that he thought would work better. So because he was so nice he only got a $15 sale instead of just lying and telling me to buy another expensive device. I respect that and any person thinking about coming here should too. He picked customer service over customer dollars. Because he’s a good guy and a great employee. Because of this sale, I’ll keep driving 20 mins each way in my gas guzzler to buy anything vape related HERE. So his little sale still gets all my business. That is exactly the way a business should run. Kudos to Mike and the owners. Things like this don’t happen unless it’s top down attitude. Thank you all and I’ll see you next puff.

The store name is not misleading in the slightest. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are the best I've found from a brick & mortar in the St. Louis market. There is a second location off Manchester Rd (Greatest Vape Shop Ever II). It's smaller but still has a good selection and great prices. I pass 3-4 other vape shops to visit either location, but I'd rather not go anywhere else.

Spent thousands here( about $25 a week for years) finally got my preferred flavor of 50 bars in and it nearly blew up in my hand. Keeps hitting w out drawing breath and got real hot. It was the 1st few hits after opening new and they wouldn't do anything. Lost my business

“The Greatest Vape Shop Ever” At the corner of Mexico Road & Cave Springs Est Dr. In the Caravan Corners Strip Mall! What a great experience! The name definitely fits this establishment. Being from another state I had no idea where to get my Vape at! My sister said “I know the Greatest Vape Shop Ever” she meant that literally! After walking in we were instantly greeted. Asked if we needed anything just let them know. Not pushy at all! The place was so cool! Even had a few old Arcade game, 2 Sitting areas, an ATM, just about every type Vape you could think of. There were several people working and each one was more then just helpful. They were chill, cool, and well “The Greatest Vape Shop Ever” customer care! Just take a look for yourself!

Review is just based on the barely 30 second experience i had walking into the store. The first worker was nice and asked how they could help when I first walked in, and after I said this was my first time in and I was browsing, a second worker stopped me and with a mean tone asked "what do you want?" The first worker who talked to me put on a smile and was nice and answered my question but I immediately walked out after that. This entire interaction was less than a minute but as someone who works the same job at a different store, you don't talk to customers like that.
