The smell of this place drew me in! I couldn't pass up the incense and the roll on oils. Lots of fun clothes, bags, accessories, ect. for anyone to enjoy. Many witchy/spiritual items as well. There is also a 21+ side with glass pieces and such. Kelsey and her team were incredibly helpful! I absolutely will be coming back when I'm near The Loop again!

I've never left any written reviews. But I can't stay quiet about this specific case. I have been a regular customer at this location for approximately two years, including after their recent relocation. In two years of being a regular customer, I never once had an issue with anyone at this store, which suggests that what happened today was about this particular employee, not store policy. During my most recent visit, the customer ahead of us purchased cigarettes without being asked for identification. When it was our turn, a new employee requested a physical ID from me. I had no objection to that. However, when my wife, a grown adult with a valid, government-issued ID, offered to complete the purchase herself, the employee refused. His stated reason was that I had spoken first. Apparently, in his view, her presence, her ID, and her ability to independently make a purchase did not count. I returned with my physical ID shortly after. After I commented on how the situation was handled, he refused the sale entirely. I fully support age verification. What I cannot accept is an employee who treats an adult woman as though she is not a separate, autonomous person capable of a transaction on her own - while waving through the customer directly ahead of us without any check at all. Whether this reflects poor training, personal bias, or something else, management should take it seriously. I would strongly encourage a review of this employee's conduct and a clear articulation of how policy is applied - equally, and to everyone.

First time here in the area, it was very artsy in the Delmar area. I loved the shop, even spending quite a bit, the girls who were working didn't seem too happy. Customer service should always be a positive experience, maybe cause I was in my lounge clothes. It wasn't until they rang me up it changed a little.

All the staff here are so friendly and helpful! The new storefront is pretty cool and definitely worth a stop in! They have a wide variety of goods and cool attire and I also appreciate that they are dog friendly store!
