I have been a faithful customer for a very long time. I too had the same exact experience as Terry stated below. The people working there had no idea how to help me. They gave me something that wasn't what I needed. Then when I tried to take it back, not even ever used, they refused to. The kids working called whoever like Terry stated and apparently they advised them NOT to return my unused item. I can honestly say I will not be back in any of their stores again. Terrible service

Love this store! Great staff, knowledgeable and kind. Very well run, organized, and clean. I am always treated so well, and the employees have incredible attitudes. I have personally witnessed employees go above and beyond what is required of their job to help customers as well as their coworkers. Awesome work!

First off there employees don't no what there selling. Cause last Thursday they sold me wrong ones. I go in to day guy calls manger.says not there problem and they can fix it. First time I shopped there and never will again. Talk about rude manger. Guess cause he called at home.so he was not happy. So word to wise don't shop there. Cause they do care what they sell right or wrong . I won't buy shit there ever again.

To be honest I wanna give this place a five star rating because of how great the staff are, but unfortunately there is one big issue I've had. The customer rewards has not worked for me for months. I have called customer service a few times and each time they have said they would send a notice to the IT team and call me back, but each time they never have. Even the staff has joked that I've probably earned thousands of points, but I can't use them because of this issue. I can positively recommend this store for the staff and products, but unfortunately the technical customer service is dreadful

Great service and knowledgeable staff. They are great for finding new flavors. Even the regional manager will stop and help you in any way he can. It feels like a small shop but the prices of something much larger.
