Today I was reminded why I haven't gone here in a couple years. Spent 30 bucks on a disposable tobacco flavor vape on the recommendation of the employees. When I tried it, it was menthol flavor even though the box said Virginia tobacco. I went back a couple hours later and all they could offer me was 10% off of another purchase. I don't know why I'd want to potentially waste more money when their recommendations are so far off base for what I'm looking for. Happened in the past too when I've taken an employee's recommendation and instantly regretted it. Not going to waste any more of my money here. I've found better customer service and knowledge at other local smoke shops. For the record, I've always had a good experience at the glass shop attached to the smoke shop. But at this point I've had three bad experiences in The vape shop, so I won't be throwing away money there anymore.

This shop has such a great selection and the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I always enjoy the recommendations they offer for different flavor vapes to try.

Saga was extremely kind and helpful!! She was very thorough and made sure I left the store completely satisfied as she always does. She is the reason why I come in the store with that positive energy and cute outfits. She is simply the best.

I know absolutely NOTHING about vaping, but my sister asked me to grab her a novo device for her. I told the gal I was clueless & what my sister wanted me to get. Kaleigh (sp?) showed me a vaporesso device & told me all of the differences & pros that it had over the novo (apparently pods are cheaper & they’re top fill so they leak less). Because it was valentine’s day, the store had deals for buying a whole set up (device + pack of pods + 2 bottles of juice), with 35% off. I texted my sister & got the go ahead. Again, I’m clueless with this stuff so the 2 gals helped set up the device & fill it with the juice to make sure it worked before leaving. My sister is super happy with it. If you vape, I recommend this business. The 2 gals were so helpful (Kaleigh & Mariah). They were super patient with me since I had no idea what I was talking about. Thanks for the help ladies!

The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Great selection, fair prices, and a clean, welcoming vibe every time I walk in. Definitely my go-to spot!
