Salma is the sweetest lady! She knows what I want and gets it for me as I walk in the door! I have witnessed her actions with horrible customers who think the world owes them something and she has always been respectful and apologized even when it was nothing she did wrong. I love bringing my kids to buy things with their own money because she praises them for their hard work to earn this money. (She knows that they go weekly to help grandma do the things she hates to do herself like vacuum and dust). Salma really takes the time to learn about her customers and makes us feel welcome every time we enter with a "Hi friend!"
