Glad I found this shop today. So many things to buy. Definitely going to come here for bday gifts for my friends. Simply a very cool vibe here. 5-star well worth it. Thank you Doug! Be back soon!

Fire selection every time I come in. Doug has always kept it real with his recommendations, and never tries to push anything I don't need, just points me to what I’m looking for. That kind of honesty is hard to find. They also show love to regulars, which I appreciate. I’ve gotten discounts just for being loyal, and they’ll even stock stuff they know I like, which is rare. You can tell they actually pay attention to their customers.

I absolutely love coming to Blue Clouds! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes me want to keep coming back. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed. They also have a huge variety of items to choose from, so I can always find exactly what I’m looking for (and sometimes something new). This place truly stands out for its great customer service and selection. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming smoke shop!

D the manager at this store is by far the best. He’s very knowledgeable on all the products. I had an issue with a vape and he swapped it out with no problem. This is and will always be my go to vape shop.

Best customer service ever!! Would get more stars if possible. Tell em Eric sent yeah !!
