Bought a brand new vape which didn’t charge and they wouldn’t exchange it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been coming here to buy vapes since they opened. I’ve recommended this store to friends that have brought them business. I received a vape that did not work (a recommendation from the cashier - geek bar pulse x because it lasts longer) right before going out of town. I noticed it did not work while I was in California. I put it away to bring back to the store when I returned to town. Today when I brought it back they offered me a 30% discount on a new vape. How about you replace the product that never worked? Juice is still 100%, battery still 99%, I showed them it does not work. I won’t be coming back here again and will be letting anyone I’ve recommended this store to avoid it as well. Horrible customer service.

This vape store in Nevada hands down is one of the best vape stores I've been to in California or Nevada combined in a very long time. They have a great variety and selection. And the only shop to carry my Fifty Bars! Pricing is fairly reasonable to surrounding shops. They do offer a rewards program that you can earn points and get some money off or a free item so that's always a perk. Anyone that I've ever encountered working here has been very nice and professional and genuinely cares.

Great guys there very knowledgeable about most products which is a lot because they have a million things. (Almost all addicting things though)

BEST PRICES IN TOWN! Went it to buy some flavor for my hookah and walked out with a new hookah. Usually smoke shops look dirty or messy but this one is so CLEAN and they have a HUGE selection of hookahs and like I said with the best prices I’ve seen. Definitely will be coming back! Also the girl working there has giving us the best costumer experience we have had at any other shop.
