I’ve been going to this spot for a while now cause it’s close to my house, I’ve had a couple issues with vapes in the past but never said anything and kept shopping here cause it’s convenient. I get a geek bar when I go here that’s it and it’s usually fine but yesterday I went to get a new one, I tested it in the shop it was fine and tasted normal as usual. But after like 5/10 puffs I could tell there was no juice in the vape it was a dud. So I tried to google what to do and see if there was a user error or something I could do to fix the vape, nothing like literally nothing was working. So after WORKING ALL DAY, I finally have a chance to call the shop to ask if it’s even worth my time to come and exchange or do anything about the faulty vape I was just sold less than 24 hrs ago from a shop that I walk to that’s how close i live. They answered and said yeah there’s nothing we can do. And then after trying to explain more about how I literally come here every week I’ve never complained or had an issue and the one time I do “theres nothing we can do about it” and hang up the phone. Safe to say you just lost a loyal local customer I will be traveling to go to a smoke shop now rather than go for convenience. Shops like this have lost their touch with community. I understand a random coming up and saying “hey my vape is not working” and them saying hey there’s nothing we can do. But a person who’s in there constantly and has never had a “track record “ of returning or having a problem with the vapes like where’s the community or anything. Straight up frauds 30$ down the drain for nothing. Recommend trying any other smoke shop than this. I never really leave bad reviews but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

They never attempted to fix, I called a few more times and was met with nasty people. Never shop here. Let them go out of business _ Went in last month and bought vape juice that expired already. Went in today at 3/14 and it was expired but less expired. Was told there's nothing they can do. They aren't regularly checking stock for out of date products and charging an insane amount. 18.99 for 60ml If you want old product at a premium price, this is the place for you. I will however, change my review if the owner makes an attempt to resolve since employees wont.

Happy was really nice just moved to Las Vegas the store was kept up with really nice rigs also gave me lots of suggestions for items that I was looking for also great customer service 10/10 thanks again happy

I had a bad experience, I was looking for a battery of approximately 60 dollars, I found it and it cost me 59.99 plus tax, it would be 65.49 I open the box and to my bad luck I find a pack of 6 batteries each with a market price of 10 dollars, I look for the The cashier showed him the box and he didn't even know what he was selling. His manager called and he couldn't make refunds or I didn't have that much of an excuse but he was able to charge me for the battery for 45 dollars and return me only 21. It's a joke of a place and not to argue. With his staff I retired and left him his box and his nice lucky profit.

I don't know her name, but it's 2:19 in the afternoon on a Sunday! She has her hair in a ponytail and she is wearing a hat! She's a Caucasian woman and has the WORST attitude!!!!! Ever!!! I can barely ask any questions about what I was buying considering I was buying for someone else, and she was very rude, was rushing me to get my items, I mentioned her not liking her job and she responds with she actually loves her job and I told her what she don't act like it!!! This is not how you keep customers coming!! And if it wasn't for the older gentleman later in the evening who is very sweet I would not come to the smoke shop!!! She needs to be fired or she needs to quit already
